  • Where are your factory locations in China?

Our bi-lingual factory is located at Wujing, and we maintain two sourcing offices in Ningbo and Shenzhen.

  • What if your factories don’t fit our needs?

Our network of factories in several provinces meets the most rigid requirements for the vast majority of customers. And, if the owners aren’t fluent in English, our bilingual staff serves as interpreters and translators to ensure all parties understand the final agreement.

  • How do you protect proprietary products so our ideas won’t be copied?

Because everything we manufacture is proprietary, we only show photos that represent the types of products we produce for our customers. You will not find us at trade shows as a result. We work best with proprietary consumer products shipped in one-container minimums.

  • Are the Chinese employees treated ethnically and fairly?

Absolutely.  Our employees are each paid a fair wage for the type of work they perform, and we provide each of them with legally mandated benefits.  We believe strongly in a safe and healthy work environment, and as a result, regularly conduct assessments of equipment guarding, personal protective equipment, and more.  As a result, our turnover rate is one of the lowest in the manufacturing industry.

  • My product is new and I don’t want it to be compromised. What assurances can I get that your employees won’t share our information with others?

We will gladly sign confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements with our clients on patented or proprietary products.  Unlike some other factories, our reputable vendors have been with us for years; they know they stand to lose substantial business if they violate one of our customer’s confidentiality agreements.  We have never had a confidentiality issue in all our years of business.
